你：The balcony of your appartement has beening leaking and affected the normal life of your downstairs neighbor。We will send the engineers to check the problem and We'll appreciate if you support our work（你家阳台漏水，影响楼下日常生活，我们要派人去检查，如果你配合的话，我们会很感谢的）

老外：ok，when will the engineers come?(你们的人啥时候来啊？）

你：8:00 am on Monday（周一早上8点）....

老外：ok，just give me a call when you arrive the gate（好的，到小区门口给我个电话）

你：thank you，bye（谢了）
