睡觉不需催眠曲

睡前只要注意几个简单问题,就可以使你安然入睡。
睡前应减少身体上和精神上的活动,体力活动虽然有助于睡眠,但睡前过度运动可使血液循环加速,
精神兴奋,不利于睡眠;
吃过晚饭后就不要喝浓茶、咖啡等兴奋性饮料;
保持卧室环境安静,昏暗,温度适宜。床铺和被褥清洁、舒适;
饮酒有暂时的催眠作用,但能使人睡眠不实在,早醒,所以睡前不宜饮酒;
床是用来睡觉的地方,不要在床上看电视、看书,也不要在床上思考问题,有些事应在睡觉前想好或干脆留到明天去想;
性生活后有疲乏感,并使人放松,有利于睡眠;
睡觉前不要吃得太饱,因为吃得太多后胃肠运动会加强,就是中医所说“胃不和则卧不安”。
数息法----事实上是一种心理放松法
古人称呼吸为“息”,一呼一吸,就是一息。呼气叫出息,吸气叫入息。历来的不能那一门派的所谓气功,都重视呼吸的调节。所谓数息法,就是通过计数自己的呼吸,来达到心理放忪,平静入睡之目的。
方法很简单。躺在床上后,全身放忪,先深呼吸几次,然后开始数息,可以计数入息,也可计数出息,从第一息数至第十息,然后再从第一息数起,常常不能数到十,或者数过了十,这是因为脑子里就已经想股票市场或其它诸如此类的事了,这是正常现象,这时候,只好再从一数起。如此循环,不知不觉,已进入梦乡。
我的好几个常睡不着觉的病人,用这种方法催眠,屡试不爽,我敢跟你赌一块钱,你如果睡不着,用这种方法,一定有效。
自我放松训练----仍然是一种心理放松法
卧在床上,闭眼,自然呼吸。然后把注意力集中在双手或双脚上,全身肌肉极度放松,用沉重感来体验肌肉的松驰程度。默念自我暗示的语句:“我的脚越来越沉重了”,“我的下肢越来越沉重了” ......“我的全身都越来越沉重了”。一意识到与四肢沉重感无关的意念,应立即停止,把注意力集中到对手脚沉重感的体验上,患者一般都能在练习过程中放松入睡。坚持一段时间训练此法,有良好效果。
音乐疗法-----心理放松,就能安然入睡
临睡前,来一段柔和、单调的音乐可能有一定的效果。听到好的音乐,就象一个夏夜乘凉的孩子坐在老槐树一静听老祖母讲述美丽的神话故事那样,或者象阳光下的海滩,叫人心旷神怡,暂时忘记烦恼,心情放松,从而安然入睡。
